Process Commissioning Superintendent – Offshore Water Injection Project

Job Summary
Lead and manage all process commissioning activities from mechanical completion through startup and handover for the Offshore Water Injection Project. Develop execution plans, coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and operations teams, and ensure safe, efficient completion within project timelines. Oversee pre-commissioning tasks including hydrotesting, flushing, chemical cleaning, and leak testing, while leading startup of water injection, produced water treatment, and utility systems. Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and manage brownfield integration and SIMOPS interfaces. Ensure strict HSE compliance, lead risk assessments, and coordinate vendor specialists to resolve technical issues. Prepare operational readiness plans, support training, and manage final handover documentation to Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- 18+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Minimum 8 years in commissioning and startup leadership roles
- Extensive offshore EPC commissioning experience
- Strong background in offshore water injection systems and brownfield projects
- Proven experience managing commissioning teams during offshore facility startups
- Experience with ADNOC Offshore projects
- Previous involvement in FEED, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup phases
- Process Safety Management (PSM) training
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
