Job Summary
Support plant personnel to troubleshoot current processes and identify root causes of issues. Modify processes as needed, document best practices, and train applicable staff on these procedures. Support environmental and plant teams regarding water quality and wastewater concerns while assisting the new process development team. Apply continuous improvement skills such as lean and six sigma to solve problems effectively. This role requires strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
