Job Summary
Monitor, document, and control process recipes and parameters; audit equipment, support production to maintain process integrity, and work with Quality to optimize processes using SPC. Lead troubleshooting, DOE/Design of Experiment activities, and PK/A3 processes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence of machine failures and quality defects. Perform preventive maintenance, update Standard Work Instructions, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve equipment availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost. Ensure safe operation and recommend process improvements; provide technical solutions through process improvements or equipment modifications. Requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, cross-functional teamwork, and effective communication. Night shift role with responsibilities spanning data collection, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in STEM or technical program
- minimum of 6 months hands-on experience
