Job Summary
Lead end-to-end process optimization and automation initiatives for SIXT's replacement mobility business, driving digitalization with AI and bot automation. Manage cross-functional projects from planning to completion, coordinate timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver management presentations. Own stabilization and ongoing development of internal tools, perform fault analysis with the tech team, and create analyses to support strategic decisions. Require commercial training or a business degree, strong Excel, familiarity with agile practices (Scrum/Sprint Planning) and tools (Jira/Confluence), interest or experience in AI tools and process automation, data analysis with AWS Athena/QuickSight, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications

- IT & Tools – Excel, Scrum oder Sprint Planning idealerweise Jira und Confluence
- KI & Automatisierung – Interesse an KI-Tools, Bot-Technologien und Prozessautomatisierung
- Datenanalyse – Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse; AWS Athena und QuickSight sind Plus
