Job Summary
Analyze existing business processes, model workflows, and identify automation potential using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n. Build, test, and operate these workflows while actively deploying AI agents to handle routine tasks in processes and product development. Connect system interfaces and establish clean data flows, then document all automations for team and client use. Contribute to the development of internal tools and products. This role fits candidates with prior process digitization experience or a marketing background demonstrating automation practice, requiring C2 German and familiarity with AI coding tools. Required Qualifications
- Theoretisches Verständnis von Prozessen und Abläufen (z. B. aus einem Studium mit Bezug zu Prozessen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL o. Ä.)
- Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN)
- Strukturiertes, analytisches Denken und Freude daran, komplexe Abläufe zu vereinfachen
- Berufserfahrung ist nicht erforderlich alternativ ein Marketing-Hintergrund mit nachweisbarer Praxis in Automationen über Zapier
- Deutsch auf Niveau C2
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Coding-Tools (z. B. Cursor, Claude Code) und Prompting
- Erfahrung mit APIs, SQL oder einfachen Skripten
