Process Assurance Operator

The Process Assurance Operator is responsible for adhering to Plant Safety and Health & Safety requirements, ensuring compliance with Cleanroom, housekeeping, and GMP requirements. They will oversee that products are manufactured in line with Customer/VISTAMED procedures while meeting quality and productivity standards. Key responsibilities include process control, first piece inspection, in-process inspections, effective product change-overs, and participation in complaint investigations, continuous process improvement programs, and internal training. The ideal candidate should work well in a team, meet strict regulations and deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
