Process Architecture and Governance Lead

Job Summary
Define and implement frameworks for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business to eliminate departmental silos. Manage end-to-end process-related projects from discovery through launch, documenting new processes and identifying performance gaps. Lead workshops to train and coach Process Managers in process excellence tools and methodologies. Actively influence and challenge senior stakeholders to safeguard process integrity while championing AI-driven process optimisation. Experiment with refining process map structures to ensure unstructured business data formats effectively for LLM and AI querying tools. This permanent role is based in the Nottingham office with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and two work-from-home days (Monday and Friday).
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in process management
- Process improvement methodologies
- Risk/governance frameworks
- Awareness of Lean / Six Sigma tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to apply 80/20 thinking to complex process problems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships

- Proven ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders
- Genuine passion for emerging AI technologies
- Understanding of how to structure process maps to maximise the precision and reliability of AI-generated continuous improvement recommendations
- Highly organised
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training or workshops to groups
- Experience delivering training or workshops face-to-face
- Experience delivering training or workshops online
