Job Summary
Process and Quality Engineer responsible for leading quality and process improvements across manufacturing. Actively interfaces with cost, throughput, and new product introduction; uses data analysis, hypothesis testing, and process capability studies to resolve daily quality issues. Applies DOE and Six Sigma methodologies (8D, 5 Why’s, Pareto charts, histograms) to root-cause issues, analyzes packaging validation, and drives efficiency through workflow and layout optimization. Prepares product and process reports, supports stop ship and quality alert meetings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Maintains technical knowledge through ongoing learning and professional networks; targets continuous improvement and manufacturing performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Systems or Manufacturing)
