Job Summary
Develop and facilitate continuous improvement projects while evaluating systems to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Lead initiatives using methodologies like PDCA, Kaizen, and Green Belt, and investigate customer complaints to drive corrective action plans. Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams, manage process safety management activities, and prepare economic studies for engineering investments. Monitor project costs, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and maintain updated technical documentation. This role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 3+ years in the chemical industry and advanced English proficiency. Located in Taboão da Serra, Brazil, the position involves field inspections and operational support within a chemical manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in the Chemical Industry, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Knowledge of process risk assessment methodologies
- Previous experience in the Chemical or Petrochemical industry
