Job Summary
Design and optimize distributor operational processes across Western Europe, establishing standardized frameworks, procedures, and governance models for channel agreements. Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into contract lifecycles, commercial performance, and key operational metrics. Monitor contract status, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and transparency. Implement KPI frameworks to track execution of improvement actions and support decision-making for Channel Managers and Commercial Leaders. Deliver stakeholder training and capability-building programs to drive adoption of new operating models.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Distributor Management, Commercial Excellence, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Governance, or Sales Channel Operations
- Experience designing and implementing business processes across multiple markets
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects and operational excellence initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, Life Sciences, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- strong ability to design, implement, and optimize business processes, including process mapping, operating models, and governance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, while effectively managing competing priorities through strong organizational and planning skills
- Understanding of commercial contracts, governance principles, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating data into actionable business insights
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct authority that goes together with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience driving adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models with the ability to develop training materials and support capability-building initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of contract governance, commercial operations, and distributor business models preferred
- Experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries preferred
