Job Summary
Supervise process and maintenance activities in vertical integration; define performance standards, troubleshoot equipment, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, drive continuous improvement, create and maintain work instructions, enforce safety/quality, develop staff, and apply World Class Manufacturing principles.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience
- Two years of leadership experience
- Five years of manufacturing-related technical experience with in-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment programming, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
- Expertise in Excel, Word, Access and maintenance software
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
