Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain IT transformation projects from discovery through stabilization, managing software selection for WMS, TMS, and other platforms. Assess client business processes to develop technology strategies, facilitate workshops, and coordinate activities across vendors and integrators while maintaining project governance. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing executive-level communication and managing scope, schedules, risks, and budgets. Mentor consultants, support recruiting and onboarding, and contribute to practice growth through proposal development and solution design. Collaborate with colleagues across Strategy, Network Design, and Automation practices to deliver integrated client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience delivering supply chain technology consulting or implementation projects
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or other enterprise supply chain software platforms
- Demonstrated success managing multiple client projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, business process design, and systems implementation methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and effectively engage with executive leadership
- Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements
