Job Summary
Lead a team of Contract Template Managers and a Process and Documentation Specialist to maintain TPC documentation, including process maps, design documents and user stories. Oversee updates to TPC policies, procedures, and KODs; advise users on policy adherence and best practices; contribute to process improvement initiatives; liaise with contracting stakeholders to maintain the contracting knowledge base and standards. Requires excellent documentation and writing skills, strong understanding of contracting processes, experience with process mapping, and proven leadership capability in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience leading and developing a small team (2 direct reports)
- Knowledge of contracting processes and best practices
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain policy adherence
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to contracting
