Job Summary
Process and Data Lead will onsite manage data and material movements for production and shipping at the Bolingbrook, IL facility, serving as the SME for inventory movements, SAP processes, and SOP documentation. Responsibilities include supervising SAP data and material movements (COGI/MIGO), auditing transactions, developing standard work procedures, training primary users, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports with KPIs using SAP/BW tools, and providing root cause analysis for continuous improvement. The role involves overseeing data analysis, supporting warehouse and logistics projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve targeted inventory and financial goals. Skills emphasized include SAP experience, data analysis, ERP and reporting capabilities, Excel, leadership and communication, and strong understanding of manufacturing/shipping processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of manufacturing and SAP experience
- At least 3 years of demonstrable shipping supply and packaging commodity management experience
- ERP skills and disciplines required (preferably SAP)
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure and interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
