Job Summary
Process Analyst in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) role overseeing tasks such as EOB review, Payment Posting, Correspondence review, Bad Debt, Appeals process, Denial management, and Accounts receivable. Requires 6 months to 2 years of relevant billing experience, proficient typing (≥30 WPM) with 90%+ accuracy, strong MS Office skills, ability to interact with stakeholders, and capability to work in US shift timings. Graduate in Commerce or computer applications; familiarity with Cerner and related applications. This India-based role emphasizes analytical skills, problem solving, and process knowledge across healthcare billing functions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce or computer applications
- 6 months-2 years of industry experience
- 6 months-2 years experience in relevant billing functions
- Proficiency in Excel and typing
- Familiarity with Cerner applications and related applications
- Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
