Job Summary
Process Analyst role focused on actively driving process improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and support processes. Responsible for identifying inefficiencies, applying LEAN tools (5S, standard work, process mapping, waste elimination), collecting and analyzing data to support management decisions, leading improvement projects within Operational Excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally with production, logistics, quality, and technical teams. Requires strong Excel and Power BI data skills, experience in process analysis/quality/improvement, and ability to communicate with operators and management. After initial period, opportunity to work from home arranged with manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in process analysis, quality, or process improvement in manufacturing or logistics
- Knowledge of LEAN / Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to apply them in practice
- Strong data skills (advanced Excel required, Power BI is a plus)
- Experience leading smaller projects or improvement initiatives
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both operators and management
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach
- Self-driven, reliable, and proactive
