Job Summary
Hybrid Process Analyst role in Marsh Risk's Auckland operations; identify improvement opportunities in operational processes, implement audit processes, develop process documentation and SOPs, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with NZ business technology to automate routine manual tasks, create training materials, support embedding a continuous improvement culture, and prepare timely reports to support operational and quality objectives.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, with 2 years in insurance or financial services preferred
- High level of Microsoft Office tools skills primarily in Microsoft 365, excel and macros
- Utilisation of AI a definite advantage
- Strong analytical, documentation, numerical, and organizational skills
- Exposure to quality management frameworks and ideologies are definite advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interface with colleagues at all levels
- Experience working with technology solutions and process improvement
- Knowledge of insurance market, clients, and claims management related to the area of expertise
