Job Summary
The Process Analyst role requires participation in various processes and sub-processes to meet daily targets efficiently and accurately. The candidate will be responsible for process recommendations to improve efficiencies and practices while collaborating with supervisors, team leaders, and stakeholders. Essential skills include excellent MS Office knowledge, basic accounting fundamentals, strong communication abilities, and willingness to adapt to different shifts. Preferred qualifications include a graduation degree in B.Com, MBA, or related fields, along with 0-4 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office
- Well versed with basic fundamentals of accounting
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform
- Able to comprehend well (written and verbal) & Can participate in calls
- Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
- Willingness to work in any business shift
- International voice process experience is required
