Job Summary
Monitor and oversee the automated production process for yogurt, reporting any deviations to the team leader. Execute both manual and computer-controlled operations, including tank filling and raw material receipt, while conducting quality control and steel sampling to add milk bacteria. Plan production schedules based on orders to prevent spoilage. Requires strong problem-solving skills, self-reliance, and knowledge of process instrumentation such as pressure, flow, and temperature. Full-time position in Rotselaar with a competitive salary package and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bewaken en opvolgen van het proces; bij afwijkingen rapporteer je aan de teamleader.
- Geautomatiseerd en manueel volgen van het proces (bijv. het vullen van tanks).
- Ontvangen van grondstoffen, zowel manueel als computergestuurd.
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en staalnames; toevoegen van melk bacteriën.
- Plannen van productie op basis van bestellingen om bederf te voorkomen.
- Inzicht en interesse in proces instrumentatie (opvolging druk, debiet, temperatuur)
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken
- Goede kennis van nederlands is een must
- Teamplayer die goed kan omgaan met stress
- Graag initiatief neemt op de werkvloer
