Job Summary
Monitor all production lines from the central control room, including raw material intake, pressing, milling, mixing, and bulk loading. Operate automated systems to direct the process and address first-line mechanical faults by performing checks and calibrations with process and measurement equipment. Work in a three-shift rotation (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) within the factory in Almelo, where the team produces approximately 250,000 tons of cattle and horse feed annually.
Required Qualifications
- Drieploegendienst (three-shift work)
- Werktijden van 6.00 tot 14.00 uur, van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur en van 22.00 tot 6.00 uur (shifts from 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 6:00)
- Volg je het hele proces via de computersystemen (follow the entire process via computer systems)
- Stuur je bij waar nodig (operate/steer as needed)
- Draait je hand niet om voor de 1e lijns storingen (handle first-line breakdowns)
