Review, evaluate, and process international insurance claims for payment within established timeframes, ensuring correct amounts are paid, rejected, or accumulated. Handle all types of health insurance claims including direct payments and reimbursements while preventing duplicate or incorrect payments that impact the company or insured. Monitor claim assignments, volumes, and receipt dates to maintain acceptable processing targets, adhering to productivity, quality, and turnaround time objectives. Requires two years of experience in international medical claims processing and intermediate Office skills. Full-time Monday to Friday schedule in a hybrid remote-office model with a fixed competitive salary and indefinite contract.
