Proces Operator

Monitor process parameters from the control room and field, conduct inspection rounds, and intervene immediately when process deviations occur. Manage loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products, while stepping in as a substitute for the Shovel Machinist when needed. Resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and ensure all operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role involves working within a small, entrepreneurial startup team at the world's first up-cycle factory, where you help launch a new technology converting concrete waste into high-quality cement. You will operate in 's-Gravendeel as part of a co-siting arrangement with Dura Vermeer, contributing to the full startup phase of this unique facility.
