Job Summary
Monitor and steer the complete logistical process in the Control Room, proactively identifying deviations and intervening to prevent delays. Resolve incidents and disruptions reported via systems or colleagues while collaborating with operational departments and technical services to ensure smooth operations. Analyze disturbance trends to contribute to structural process improvements and support teammates with system and process inquiries. Requires HBO level, Oracle database knowledge, and flexibility between morning and evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
