Procedure RN - Urology Clinic

Conduct care-based nursing, phone triage for routine, urgent, and post-op patients, manage catheter changes and voiding trials, perform wound care, and provide patient education. Maintain tact and diplomacy while interacting with patients and physicians in pressure situations, organize and prioritize workflow, and work with or without reasonable accommodation for a diverse population.
