Procedural Scheduler - Cath Lab

Schedule surgical procedures with St. Joseph Medical Center, Outpatient Surgery Center, or other local hospitals as needed. Prepare clinical data for prior authorization requests, maintain appropriate logs, and document authorization status. Requires one year of experience with medical terminology, coding, and charting, plus EMR proficiency in IDX, Touchworks, or Allscripts. Preferred qualifications include Medical Assistant Certification (CMA), Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), and prior work in referral authorizations and surgical scheduling.
