Job Summary
Organize and catalog incoming submissions for PSA Autograph Series signings and partnered programs; perform hands-on order processing across the PSA operations flow; conduct routine audits and real-time inventory checks to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines; develop and scale inventory tracking processes to support growth of the PSA Autograph Series; assist in preparing items for premium execution on signing days and manage post-signing inventory flow; collaborate with the PSA Autograph Partnerships team and other departments to ensure smooth operations; role requires multitasking, attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn across various operational duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, order processing, and/or quality control
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team-oriented communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and accountability in handling multiple workflows
