Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach an optimal resolution; ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are solved and returned to the flow for same-day shipment; develop understanding of shoe conditions as per GOAT standards; pick shoes from inventory and process specific returns and orders to buyers and sellers; take photos quickly and accurately of sneakers; develop understanding of GOAT's order statuses to triage escalated orders; work in a fast-paced team environment; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and work extended hours including weekends/holidays.
