Job Summary
Problem Resolution Coordinator to support issue tracking and resolution within EDAG's System and Software Development organization. Coordinate and track software and system network-related issue tickets throughout the development process, review incoming tickets for completeness and required technical information, assign tickets to the best engineering team member for change estimation or investigation, support standardization of issue reporting and tracking, follow up on ticket status with engineering teams and stakeholders, communicate with customers regarding reported issues and status updates, monitor issue aging and priorities, generate reports and metrics (inflow, burndown, status), support project meetings with issue-tracking summaries, and maintain accurate Jira documentation.
