Job Summary
Monitor semiconductor wafer fabrication processes and assist in evaluating production data. Collect, review, and document production and process data; conduct technical experiments and run process tests; prepare data visualizations to identify yield and process trends. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes, communicate insights, and follow established procedures. Maintain safety through required training and work within shift schedules, adapting to 12-hour shift rotations; leverage data and dashboards to identify abnormal conditions and drive continuous improvement in yield and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for 12hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off)
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments and PPE as required
- Comfort working in varied environments including potentially uneven terrain and confined spaces
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, and computer-based systems
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, disciplined execution
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and apply structured troubleshooting and escalation paths
