Job Summary
Own equipment availability, operational efficiency, setup performance, and equipment-related yield performance across the probe manufacturing area. Provide technical and organizational leadership for sustaining engineering activities, equipment maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner closely with Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Quality, Hardware Engineering, Test Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, and Equipment Suppliers to achieve world-class OEE, output, quality, and cost objectives. This role requires 10% travel and is based in the Philippines.
