Job Summary
Manage a personal docket of probate cases involving Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits, handling Will Contests where applicable. Maintain excellent case management and organizational skills while multitasking and prioritizing under pressure. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with superior verbal and written communication capabilities. Must be a good standing Texas Bar member and capable of attending in-person hearings across the state. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred. Required Qualifications
- minimum of five years of Probate experience
- experience in handling Will Contests
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- good standing member of the Texas bar
- ability to attend in person hearing throughout Texas
- excellent case management skills
- organizational skills
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
- ability to thrive under pressure
- self-motivated
Desired Qualifications
- experience in handling Will Contests is a plus but not a requirement
