Probate Analyst

Job Summary
Review and validate probate-related documents, identify deficiencies, and coordinate follow-ups for resolution while onboarding new claimants and maintaining accurate records. Manage inventory queues, aging reports, and workflow tracking to ensure SLA adherence, preparing operational MIS reports, dashboards, and productivity trackers using Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and U.S.-based local counsel for status updates, escalating legal interpretation questions per operational protocols. Support process improvement initiatives, SOP maintenance, and reporting automation activities, maintaining audit-ready documentation in accordance with governance standards. India-based, supporting U.S. business hours with flexible/overlap shift required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven 3+ years of experience in MNC with exposure to client interactions and document processing
- Good knowledge of inventory management and workflow coordination
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Data Reconciliation, Macros
- SQL: Basic to intermediate querying, joins, and data extraction
- Power BI: Dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and data visualization
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills with the ability to engage independently with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Demonstrates reliability, process alignment, and disciplined coordination across service lines and time zones
- Proficient in managing high-volume tasks and multiple priorities while consistently meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to identify workflow gaps and propose structured, solution-oriented improvements
- Self-driven, with strong ownership of workstreams and readiness for higher responsibilities
- Quickly adapts to new tools, processes, and service-line requirements to maintain operational continuity
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, listening, and critical thinking skills
- Maintain accurate workflow notes, status updates, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with SOPs and governance standards
- India-based, supporting U.S. business hours (flexible/overlap shift required)
Desired Qualifications
- preferably- commerce background
- Preferred understanding of legal and legal documentation review
- Understanding of U.S. probate operations, legal documentation review, deficiency identification, and workflow coordination
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft Copilot or Any AI tools
- Hands-on experience with advanced Jira functions and Rovo agents
