Job Summary
Pro Shop Clerk handles merchandise sales and golf course reservations with a focus on delivering quality customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register and balancing cash drawer, completing sales, making tee-time reservations, posting scores via the GHIN system, marketing course memberships and special rates, performing opening/closing duties, maintaining neat merchandise displays, and communicating inventory needs. Requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- Must have a valid driver's license
