Job Summary
Greet guests, check in golfers, and manage tee time reservations while processing payments for green fees and merchandise using the point-of-sale system. Assist customers with purchasing equipment, apparel, and accessories; answer phone inquiries regarding rates and course information. Restock merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and keep the shop clean and well-stocked. Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and follow cash handling procedures to reconcile sales at shift end. Coordinate with golf course staff for smooth daily operations and assist with tournament registrations. Promote club memberships, lessons, and special events when appropriate. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Located at Lincoln Hills Golf Club, you will contribute to a tight-knit, inclusive team focused on creating exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of golf and golf equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency

Desired Qualifications
