Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for professional contractor customers. Support the in-store PRO desk by managing phone calls, processing orders, handling follow-ups, and resolving escalations. Collaborate with store teams to identify and onboard PROs, while educating them on product trends, sales processes, and the PRO Premier Rewards Program. Assist customers in signing up for credit solutions and demonstrate the PRO APP benefits. Coordinate in-store activities and travel to customer job sites to present company capabilities. Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products and support the store team in executing business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
