Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for professional contractor customers. Support the in-store PRO desk by managing phone calls, processing orders, and handling customer escalations. Collaborate with store teams to identify and onboard PROs, while training staff on the selling process and product knowledge. Educate customers on PRO Premier Rewards, the PRO APP, and credit solutions like Commercial Business Accounts. Coordinate in-store activities and travel to customer job sites to present company benefits and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
