Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for professional contractors by managing in-store orders, handling customer support escalations, and coordinating store initiatives. Collaborate with Installation Materials and Design Services to build the sales organization while educating PRO customers on benefits, the PRO APP, and credit solutions. Support the PRO desk through phone calls and order follow-ups, maintain extensive product knowledge, and assist customers in signing up for the PRO Premier Rewards Program. Occasionally travel to customer and job sites with the PRO Services Manager to present capabilities. Work Monday through Friday with up to 20% travel, in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
