Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for professional customers. Support the in-store PRO desk by managing phone calls, orders, and escalations while collaborating with the Store Team to identify and onboard new clients. Maintain extensive product knowledge to educate customers on Floor & Decor offerings and assist them with the PRO Premier Rewards Program and credit solutions. Travel up to 20% to customer and job sites to present company benefits and capabilities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, moderately noisy warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
