Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class experience for PRO Customers; support the PRO desk in-store (phone, orders, follow-up, customer support, escalations); identify PROs in-store; maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products; train/store team on selling process; educate PRO customers on PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions; coordinate in-store PRO activities; travel to customer and PRO job sites with the Pro Services Manager to present benefits and capabilities; demonstrate ability to present programs effectively; thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service and cross-cultural communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus
