Job Summary
The Pro Services Specialist at Floor & Decor focuses on building relationships with PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space. Responsibilities include executing the PRO Services Blueprint, supporting the PRO desk, managing customer orders, and collaborating with store teams. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, effective communication, and experience in contractor sales or service. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Bilingual skills and knowledge of Salesforce or CRM software are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
