PRO Services Specialist

Job Summary
PRO Services Specialist focused on building relationships with PRO customers in the flooring contractor space; responsibilities include supporting the PRO desk in-store (phone calls, order management, follow-up, customer support and escalations), collaborating with the Store Team to identify PROs, maintaining product knowledge, training the Store Team on selling processes, educating PRO customers about the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit Solutions, coordinating PRO customer activities in-store, and traveling up to 20% to present Floor & Decor’s benefits and capabilities; requires excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and willingness to travel to customer and PRO job sites when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree or higher is a plus
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus
