Job Summary
PRO Services Specialist focused on building relationships with PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space; responsible for executing PRO strategies, assisting PROs in-store and via phone, managing orders, promoting PRO programs (Rewards, APP, Credit Solutions), and supporting store teams with PRO product knowledge and presentations. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in retail/contractor sales and solid communication skills; Salesforce/CRM experience and bilingual abilities are a plus. Travel up to 20% to go to customer and PRO job sites as needed. This role emphasizes relationship development, customer support, and promoting PRO-related benefits across Floor & Decor stores.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree or higher is a plus
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus
