Job Summary
Pro Services Specialist focused on building relationships with Floor & Decor's PRO customers (contractors) and driving PRO program participation. Responsibilities include executing the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience, supporting in-store PRO desk activities (phone calls, orders, follow-ups, customer support, escalations), identifying PROs in-store, maintaining product knowledge, training the store team on selling processes, educating PRO customers about PRO benefits (Premier Rewards, Pro App, Pro Credit solutions), coordinating PRO activities in-store, and traveling to customer/job sites as needed to present Floor & Decor’s benefits and capabilities. Requires High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher a plus), 1 year in retail/wholesale contractor sales or related field, strong communication skills; Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus; bilingual ability is a plus.
