Job Summary
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for professional contractor customers. Support the in-store PRO desk by handling phone calls, managing orders, and resolving escalations while collaborating with the store team to identify and onboard new PROs. Maintain extensive product knowledge to educate customers on Floor & Decor offerings and assist them with the PRO Premier Rewards Program and credit solutions. Travel up to 20% of the time to present capabilities at job sites. This role requires working Monday through Sunday with shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including occasional warehouse exposure and moderate physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be results oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
