Manage service account relationships for ZF Active Safety Systems Canada Ltd. clients across the Canadian market. Coordinate with customers to address service inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of active safety components. Maintain accurate service records and track inventory levels for critical brake and safety parts. This role requires full-time availability with on-call support for emergency service requests. The position is based in Brantwood, Ontario.
