Job Summary
Pro Sales Representative servicing Home Depot Pro accounts in a defined geographic territory; grow PPC’s Pittsburgh Paints Co. (PPC) sales through consultative B2B selling to maintenance, commercial, general construction, and residential repaint segments. Responsibilities include managing and expanding existing customer accounts, developing account plans, generating and closing opportunities, leveraging CRM for account management, collaborating with store leadership and Field Sales Representatives, and delivering outstanding customer service while achieving revenue and profit targets in a high-accountability sales environment. Requires lifting up to 65 pounds, valid driver’s license, evening events, MS Office and internet usage, and authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience with B2B selling in a similar or adjacent industry construction, commercial or industrial preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales with stellar customer service acuity
- The ability to lift up to 65 pounds on a periodic basis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by PPC
- Periodic evening hours required for trade organization meetings and customer events
