Job Summary
Collaborate with the Pro Desk staff and outside sales reps to build relationships with local professional painting contractors, identifying their unique needs and ensuring they receive the right products. Roll out the red carpet by pulling and tinting orders, collecting sundry paint tools, and facilitating quick store access so contractors can return to work efficiently. Maintain these connections by following up on job progress and future requirements while entering new leads into Salesforce. Work varying hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts extending to 7 p.m. to support peak selling times as a sales specialist focusing on professional contractors.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to roll out the red carpet by collaborating with contractors
- Ability to mix paint

- Ability to make professional customers feel like they had a paint store experience
- Ability to support the Home Depot Pro Desk
- Ability to introduce yourself to contractors
- Ability to get to know contractors, their business, and their needs
- Ability to maintain relationships with contractors
- Ability to follow up regarding jobs and future needs
- Ability to work closely with Behr's outside sales reps
- Ability to pull and tint orders for pick up
- Ability to work closely with the Home Depot staff
- Ability to be professional and helpful as a vendor
- Ability to enter leads and contacts into Salesforce
- Ability to meet and form relationships with local pros
- Ability to collaborate with contractors to get exactly the right products for their needs
- Ability to work while consumers shop
- Availability for weekends
