Job Summary
Meet and form relationships with local professional painting contractors, collaborating with them to secure exactly the right products, mix paint, and collect sundry tools for quick store turnover. Support the Home Depot Pro Desk by introducing yourself to contractors, understanding their business needs, and following up on job updates and future requirements. Work closely with Behr's outside sales reps and Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial vendor relationship, including pulling and tinting orders for customer pickup while occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs. Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool, utilizing basic computer skills and training provided. Work varying hours based on peak selling times, including weekends, holidays, and shifts extending until 7 p.m.
