Job Summary
Internship in Commercial Operations focusing on mapping processes and proposing SOP structures across Regulatory, Quality, Supply and PPOCs; develop documentation structure for traceability of commercial operations; review and update policies within Roche Farma guidelines; receive, register, and standardize information from partners; manage overall planning and projects in Commercial Operations; maintain the repository of Commercial Operations; adhere to Roche Code of Conduct and compliance policies; develop active listening for process mapping/validation; demonstrate leadership and communication of objectives in multidisciplinary environments; intermediate English, proficient Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and Monday.com usage; strong analytical, customer service, teamwork, proactive planning and organization skills.
