Job Summary

Pro Experience Manager at The Home Depot leads the Pro area and store standards as part of the store leadership team. Responsible for customer service leadership, Pro area readiness, and operational processes to increase Pro sales, loyalty, and Pro Xtra signups, while ensuring a fast, accurate customer experience. Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), executes opening/closing procedures per SOPs, coaches associates on policies, safety, and customer service, and collaborates with Store Leaders, Outside Sales, and Specialty Managers to inform Pro strategies. Focuses on timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, safety training, and enforcing Hazmat and other SOPs. Strong emphasis on staffing and development, performance management, and real-time coaching to maintain high engagement and meeting safety and policy requirements. The role requires 18+ years old, legal work status in the US, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/overtime, and 2+ years of leadership/retail operations experience. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for related merchandising/operational leadership experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
